We are looking for a team-oriented individual who brings energy, real knowledge about the business results of marketing, a quantitative nature, and a desire to succeed. This 
position will support the Marketing analysis of the performance of our individual subscription website (which accounts for nearly 100% of our sales). Analysis will focus on 
visitor and customer activity/behavior.

As an experienced analyst, you will support Questia’s initiatives in various online marketing and reporting systems, metrics, and analytic’s tools. You will generate, organize, 
report and analyze data in a manner by which logical and informed business decisions can be made to manage and grow traffic, sales and develop customer analytics. Prepare
 to play a key role in providing support to strategy and business development activities, as you will be an integral part of the marketing team. You will interact with all functions 
within the company to provide business insights across functional areas. 


Key responsibilities are to:

· Analyze a multitude of site metrics using various web analytics tools, to connect customer behavior profiles with the development and execution of site development and marketing 
  strategies/tactics.
· Provide on-going top line reporting and analysis of site performance to management
· Develop a recurring reporting/analytics plan to distribute to management daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
· Develop planning tools and performance metrics for evaluating and managing the website development effort, new releases, etc.
· Manage internal site search analytics
· Present recommendations and resolutions to business opportunities based on the metrics to upper management in a clear and concise, easy to understand manner.
· Analyze successes/failures of internal and external site promotions/campaigns, online product placement and features to improve strategies and share results with management.
· Provide on-going visitor behavior analysis to improve visitor experience


QUALIFICATIONS
· BS/BA degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field
· 1 - 3 years business analysis experience in a consumer products or possibly retailing environment (online marketing experience "strongly" desirable) 
· Experience with website metrics tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst· Must be a “number’s jockey” able to drive unstructured data to a winning decision/action
· Keen ability to organize, rationalize and interpret data/numbers
· Possess a “can do/will do attitude” in a fast paced environment
· Strong influencing skills, ability to sell oneself based on the logic of the data
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
