Position Description:

Customer Care -Churn Mgt
Reports TO: Manager - Loyalty and Churn Management

Location:	Headquarters
New/Replacement: NEW

SUMMARY:	Performs analysis of internal and external data, including Trending and 
implications. for retention and rescue efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for use in 
making decisions about programs that positively impact PrimeCo's churn rate and Average 
Customer Life.


QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Computer information Systems, Statistics, Marketing 
or related business field preferred.

One to three years analytical experience required, with experience in database warehouse 
analysis and relational databases preferred.

Excellent working knowledge of personal computers, terminal operations
and spreadsheet software (EXCEL required; SPSS, SOL, Lotus Notes and PK2 preferred.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:	Monitor, track and analyze internal and external churn related data, 
including trending and profiling of customer disconnect segments and root-cause analysis.
Use retention results for trending and profiling Customer segments retained and root-cause key 
driver analysis.  Create reports to transform daily churn and retention data into critical, actionable 
information for management's use in decision making.  Participate 'in the design and 
development of new Customer Retention and rescue initiatives in accordance with PrimeCo's 
strategies.  Analyze financial impact, e.g. costs to implement and projected revenue, for all 
recommended retention and rescue tools.  Coordinate activities with other departments and 
functional areas Manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Other duties as assigned.
