HR DIVERSITY ANALYST - GRADE 12
POSITION PROFILE
Responsible to manage large Equal Employment Opportunity and Human Resource reporting and analysis projects having the highest degree of complexity. Receives general direction regarding project assignments but independently decides how to approach projects. Provides work direction to cross functional work teams. Responsible for design, development and implementation of EEO and HR reporting and analysis for all U.S Divisions (Wal-Mart Stores, SAM'S CLUB'S, Logistics and Home Office) to include but not limited to the following:
. Develop Selection system reporting and analysis
. Develop reporting around EEO policies, processes and training
. Develop reporting around Investigation Processes for critical people issues
. Monitoring and reporting for all other people Employment Practices
. Monitor and analyze
a. Mentoring Programs for disparate impact
b. Succession Plan
c. Skills, aptitude and Leadership Assessments
d. Various HR systems
Responsible to manage complex cross functional projects, influence business partners at all levels across all divisions and provide data and recommendations to ensure all employment actions are consistent and legally defensible.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in PeopleSoft and PowerPoint or similar technologies.
Familiar with ACCESS data base programs
Knowledge of the SMART system
Some knowledge of Title VII and EEO laws
Some knowledge of the Logistics Time and Attendance system
PHR Certification
Wal-Mart HR certification
experience in HOST information retrieval
